A New Era Begins

Appley Bridge Village FC can today confirm that, ahead of the Season 5 ECL campaign, the club will undergo a full rebrand and will officially become Wigan Town FC.

This marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the club, with a fresh identity, new ambitions and a clear vision for the future. Alongside the rebrand, the club will also be relocating to its new home, the M.B Stadium, where we look forward to welcoming our supporters throughout the season.

While our name and identity are changing, our ambition remains exactly the same. We are committed to building on last season's promotion to Division 2 and continuing the progress that has been made both on and off the pitch.
