Preston Club Statement: New signings

As preparations for the new season continue, Preston Athletic is delighted to make its first public announcement regarding the club's activity in the transfer market. We want to give our supporters an early look at the exciting additions that will strengthen the squad ahead of the upcoming campaign.

Leading the headlines is a statement signing in Carvela, an American defensive midfielder with Division 1 experience. Renowned for his exceptional defensive work rate and ball-winning ability, Carvela has earned comparisons to N'Golo Kanté, with many already calling him the "ECL Kanté." Preston secured his signature for €150,000, and expectations are high that he will become a key figure in the heart of midfield.

The club is also thrilled to welcome back two true Preston legends. PRIME DRYMSN, widely regarded as the "Leon Bailey of the ECL," returns to bring his pace, creativity, and attacking quality back to the squad. Joining him is Xyeqe, often referred to as the "Virgil van Dijk of the ECL," whose leadership, composure, and defensive excellence have been instrumental in Preston's past successes. Both players know what it takes to win with this club, and their experience will be invaluable this season.

Alongside these established names, Preston is investing in the future with a group of exciting new talents. Dakibo, Paceed, Lamehay, and Goatyrell all arrive eager to make their mark and contribute to the team's ambitions. The club believes each of these players has the potential to develop into an important part of the squad, and supporters will be looking forward to seeing how they settle into the team.

The transfer window is far from over, and there is plenty more to come. Preston's senior management remains in discussions with several high-quality players as the club continues its push to build a squad capable of competing at the highest level.

Stay tuned, more exciting announcements are on the way. The future is looking bright for Preston FC, and we can't wait to see you all behind the team this season.
