Cleethorpes Town - Lincoln Athletic

Cleethorpes Town produced one of the most dominant attacking performances of the match as they swept aside Lincoln Athletic 6-0, creating 25 shots and recording 10.9 expected goals despite seeing just 46 per cent of the ball.

The result was effectively settled before the interval. K4AOSSS opened the scoring in the 33rd minute before MATEIRYAN doubled the advantage in first half stoppage time. Just a minute later, PADTOPHT added a third at 45+4 to give Cleethorpes a commanding lead at the break.

Cleethorpes continued the pressure after half time, with SALTED_CRISPS making it 4-0 in the 58th minute. Their advantage allowed them to maintain control without needing to dominate possession, while Lincoln's 41 turnovers compared with Cleethorpes' 29 further highlighted their difficulty building sustained attacks.

The fifth arrived late on as K4AOSSS completed his brace in the 86th minute, before PAKIBALIER added a sixth in the third minute of stoppage time to complete the scoring.

Beverley United - Deportivo Slough

Deportivo Slough secured a spot to the Carablox Cup second round in a five goal contest at Beverley United, recovering from two setbacks to win 3-2 after a late decisive strike.

The visitors struck first in the 17th minute when LelliBIuetooth found the net, but Beverley responded through ragnar_boya
in the 34th minute. The game remained level only briefly, with LelliBIuetooth restoring Deportivo Slough's advantage on the stroke of half time.

Beverley again found a response after the interval. ZARGORE343 equalised in the 62nd minute, setting up a final half hour in which either side could have taken control.

The decisive moment arrived in the 89th minute when mkchickwit_victim scored for Deportivo Slough, leaving Beverley with too little time to respond.
