RXZN OFFICIAL: Gameweek 2 TOTW is here!
ECL is proud to present the finest performers from Gameweek 2!
Once again, Gameweek 2 was filled with plenty of upsets and surprises! Throughout these adversities, the following players became the most influential players in their respective matches
The Starting XI:
p_po0p: Was the saving grace for Brockenhurst Forest, making countless saves as well as a near-unstoppable double save to help his team get the first points of the season!
neamelander: The wingback effortlessly set the example for the league's right-hand side, topping off his great performance with two assists
themightyjesse: The centre-back performed well under pressure against the Preston Athletic outfit, aerially dominant and difficult to pass in the Regional Division
pralact: The ex-Achilles GY 1897 player came through with one of his best performances to date; his incredible ball-playing ability was rewarded with an assist from centre half!
riraawisthegoat: The first proper test this player has had and had everything to prove and everything to lose this game, instead he shut down Stocksbridge Town's most technical attacker and has made a clear statement to his manager that he should challenge for that RB spot
lndiansuperman: The midfielder was absolutely effective with every touch on the ball, a goal and two assists helps the Kingston United side further cement their race for the Local Division title
- jxshzinho: 17 losses on the bounce must've been a tough ride, but this player has rewritten the script with a stellar performance against Douglas City while netting himself a goal and helping Smethwick Wanderers propel themselves into third place in the Regional Table!
- zargore343: The Beverley man found himself single-handedly carrying his side with two exquisite goals and an assist to get the draw!
killzoneshade: Four goals and an assist against Ashton Vale sees the player position himself as the National Division's leading benchmark for goal-scoring
rebelinq: The highest rated player put five past the self-proclaimed best ECL World Cup goalkeeper, any ball Rebelinq touches is bound to be instrumental in Stamford Athletic finding a way to put the ball into the back of the opposition net
telletti: One of the most dangerous wingers in the Regional Division is having the season of his life, becoming the focal point in Silsden Town's attacking front which has put them top of the Regional Division by three points!
- mazim135: With the quality of players you'd assume Vauxhall Rovers would have an easy ride against Brockenhurst Forest, but this manager has shown that it's all about the tactical setup of the players! His team passed the ball so fluidly throughout the 90' and objectively dominated the midfield battle which led to them scraping a point against the potential title favourites. A penalty miss late in the game could become hurtful in the long run for the South Western outfit..
